A well written guide on wheat belly diet and I really liked the way this guide is written. I have never heard about the gluten-free diet before and happy to hear that if we cut wheat from our diet we consume about 400 fewer calories than usual and then its a sure thing to loose few pounds in a week. Some exercises, yoga and meditation can be good and will double up the weight loss. This diet is similar to Paleo diet plan and include eggs, vegetables, fruits, fish, nuts, meats and poultry…
