There aer some diet plans that restricts you from eating but this book only eliminates certain foods. I really liked the tips in this book about omitting certain foods for daily consumption rather than restricting oneself of eating as a means of diet. Some of the ideas in this book have never crossed my mind, however I can see how they can make me more successful at getting the weight that I have always wanted.
