Great book about Wheat Belly Diet Ok, another book about this wheat belly diet everyone is talking about. I should mention right from the start that I am not, by any chance, a fan of this diet. After reading the book “the starch solution”, I find it hard to believe that a wheat free diet is the answer to many diseases.However, this book almost convinced me that this diet might be the answer to curing diabetes, IBS and other illnesses.I haven’t read Dr. Davis’ book, but I kind of got everything I needed…
