This book is GREAT on my Kindle for PC PLEASE DISREGARD the one star rating by Devout Patriot. Not sure if they reviewed the right book. This book is GREAT on my Kindle for PC. The opening pages has a great table of contents that is interactive. You can click on the chapter title and it takes you right to that chapter in the book. Are you in the mood for a Green Smoothie? Tap on “Chapter 6” and you’re there. Also, the only advertising I have found are three pages where they show companion books – Zero Belly Diet (2 pages)…
